OS Wedding

In collaboration with This Humid House, we supported the delivery the wedding, serving as the local production and coordination partner throughout the project.

Working closely with the Singapore-based team, our role began months before the event itself. We managed local sourcing, vendor coordination, logistics, production planning, and manpower, ensuring every element was in place ahead of the installation period.

While This Humid House led the creative direction and design, our team acted as the on-the-ground partner, bridging the vision with local execution. From identifying materials and coordinating suppliers to overseeing timelines and supporting installation, we worked alongside their team to bring the project to life.

With the design team arriving just days before the event, careful planning and local knowledge were essential to ensuring a seamless execution. The project reflects the importance of collaboration, trust, and strong production foundations in delivering large-scale events.
